For over 45 years, BOKA Powell has delivered exceptional building design, interior design, and land planning. It caters to commercial projects encompassing corporate, hospitality, entertainment, healthcare, and educational facilities. The firm utilizes advanced three-dimensional (3-D) computer modeling that allows clients and end-users to visualize and evaluate multiple design options.

Four principals run the firm and bring together creative, technical, and management expertise. Founder Donald R. Powell is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and Registered Interior Designer. He is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), like Chris W. Barnes and R. Andrew Bennett. Also a Registered Interior Designer, Chris is adept in handling technical and code-related issues, construction document quality control, and project coordination. Chris and R. Andrew Bennett are members of the AIA, with Bennett holding certification from NCARB as well. Bennett also brings international experience, having spent several years designing projects in Honolulu, Hawaii, and Sydney, Australia. Meanwhile, John E. Orfield is a Registered Architect and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional (AP). As principals of BOKA Powell, they are dedicated to the successful completion of each project.

Known as a popular hotel in the 1950’s, BOKA Powell redeveloped this historic property into modern urban residences. Hunter Plaza is a mixed-use project with retail space at the ground floor and 164 residential units above. Residents have access to a media room, community activity room, library, business center, and fitness room.

About HEDK Architects

HEDK Architects has specialized in multi-family design since 1986. Its collection of mixed-use, affordable, urban infill, and adaptive reuse projects has been recognized with Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Erik Earnshaw carries two decades of experience representing clients in numerous zoning cases throughout the country. Chief Operations Officer (COO) Jaron Daily regularly takes responsibility in the areas of project scheduling, code compliance, permit facilitation, and overall project coordination. Similar to Erik and Jaron, Chief Design Officer Minho Kim is NCARB-certified and a licensed architect. Kim’s career has focused on multifamily design in South Korea and the U.S. On the other hand, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Richard Heidenreich has built great connections with the developers and municipalities he has worked with for the past 20 years since joining HEDK. About GFF

GFF is a multi-disciplinary design firm offering architecture, interior design, planning, and landscape architecture services that have afforded the firm awards from Texas Society of Architects. Apart from multifamily facilities, GFF works on diverse building typologies across corporate, real estate, and institutional markets. The NCARB-certified company complies with the requirements of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and International Energy Conservation Code in designing all of its projects as part of its sustainability practice.

Lonnie Burns, AIA is the Associate Principal and Studio Director of GFF in Fort Worth. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. This seven-story building has a warm material palette with brick and stone detailing against smooth stucco and metal panel surfaces. Conditioned amenity areas are located in a glass jewel box portal that rests on the terrace and provides visual continuity to the outdoor amenities and downtown skyline beyond.

With expertise in architecture, planning and urban design, JHP has completed award-winning mixed-use and multifamily developments nationally. Transit-oriented development (TOD), high-density urban infill communities, sustainable development, and market-rate, senior, student, and affordable housing are just a few of the firm’s core professional areas. JHP applies critical thinking in formulating high quality design solutions with the support of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).

Founder Ronald E. Harwick leverages his technical know-how as an architect certified by the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) in growing JHP’s architecture and planning practice. About Bennett Benner Partners

Since operating as a Consulting Engineer in 1956, Bennet Benner Partners has expanded its services to cover architecture, planning, landscape architecture, and interior design. The firm’s staff champions personal service, collaboration, sustainability, and community through complex and meaningful design that has earned more than 60 awards. They work closely with clients and organizations, such as the Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. and Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, to define their values and aspirations.

Michael J. Bennett, the principal and CEO of Bennett Benner Partners, is actively involved with the AIA. For 12 years, he worked in New York and Europe where he designed a variety of well-known corporate and mixed-use projects. Much of the firm’s diverse portfolio reflects Michael’s thoughtful design methodology and sensitivity to context. One example of this is the One City Place and Two City Place.

One City Place consists of residential units, while Two City Place accommodates Class A office space with a new entry plaza and parking. A new two-level sandwich shop with full-height storefront glass welcomes downtown passersby to the ground-floor retail area. Quorum is currently working with the Texarkana Housing Authority in renovating this 10-story high-rise apartment building. An extensive remodel and modernization with finish upgrades were completed throughout the 147 units and common areas. The team updated the heating and cooling systems, fire alarms and building roofing. By phasing the construction, tenants are able to move into remodeled apartments as they are completed, while work continues on other units.

About Womack + Hampton Architects LLC

Land planning, architectural design and visualization, and construction contract administration services are made available for multifamily clients at Womack + Hampton Architects. Womack + Hampton has built a name for itself for the relevant contributions it has made to multi family design. Mike Hampton and his partners Craig Lewis, Larry Lapomarda, Jason Meares, and Danny Baker all carry certification from NCARB and are affiliated with the AIA. Co-founder Charles Womack launched his own practice, which was known for its residential and retail projects, before starting Womack + Hampton Architects with Hampton in 1997. This design for the 304-unit multifamily development is an interpretation of the brick mercantile buildings in the downtown area. A unique “wrap” style design allows for resident entry by climate controlled hallways and concrete floors. Moreover, the site features courtyards with pools, creating a desirable view from every unit.

About Belshaw Mulholland Architects

Belshaw Mulholland Architects is widely known for the quality design and planning services it provides to luxury hotel resorts, mixed-use, and urban multifamily projects. With 350 apartment homes, this structure expresses a Mediterranean theme, which is historically significant in the area and appeals to the residents in the region. The development also has a resort pool, community center, and a rooftop sunset bar.
